- Minimum Credit Score 621
- Minimum Purchase Price $40K
- No Bankruptcy or Foreclosures within 24m, No Open Tax Liens, Judgements on Credit and Background Report or Incarcerations
- Loan Amount: $50K-$3m (Up to $10m on Multi 5+)
- Minimum ARV $75,0000 (Metropolitan Cities and New Jersey State $150,000 ARV)
- LTV on purchases: Up to 90% LTV of the as-is value or the purchase price, whichever is lower. 100% of the rehab costs, funded in draws. ARV as high as 75%.
- LTV on Cash-out Refinances Up to 70LTV, Rate and Term Up to 72.5LTV
- Rates: 7.99-10.99% Interest only (Rates are based on investment experience within the past 3 years)
- Term: 12 Months Term on Fix and Flips and Short-Term Bridge Loan
- Collateral: Non-Owner Occupied Real Estate Only
- Closing: 10-15 Business days
- Property Type: Single Family, Condos, 2-4 Units, Multi 5+, Mix-Use (51% Residential)
